At Em's Grooming & Boarding, I understand the importance of providing a stress-free experience for both you and your pet. That's why I have streamlined my reservation process to make it as easy and convenient as possible. I do not have over-lapping appointments to guarantee quality and care.

How It Works
Scheduling for a groom or board couldn't be easier! For first time clients, please click this here to fill out a grooming application or click here to fill out a boarding application. Forward a copy of your pet(s) vaccination records to emsgroomingboarding@gmail.com or text it to (681) 296-2689 (vaccines required are located within the application or visit Policies tab to learn more). Once an application is received (please allow up to 48 hours, for faster response please text), I will reach out to confirm the date(s) elected on the application (or, if for grooming, offer available times if the requested time is taken) and provide an estimated quote. The day prior your pet(s) scheduled appointment I will send a confirmation text relaying the grooming services being done/boarding drop off + pick up times, quote, expected appointment duration (for grooms only) and my address. The day of your appointment, simply arrive on time (late fees applied for 15 minutes over) and I will greet you and your furbaby outside. For grooming - Half way through the appointment you will receive a text with a pick-up time and fixated price. It is not uncommon to receive an update from me during their grooming appointment, especially if it is your pet(s) first time with me. This is just to ease your peace of mind should you be concerned at drop off. For boarding - you will receive daily updates via the course of communication selected on your pet's application (written description of your pet's day, photo/video updates, facetime/etc).
